Site work has begun for Building C at the Cubes at Interstate Centre. Building C will be a 1,262,940 SF speculative building.  The facility will be located within the second phase of the Interstate Centre industrial park in Ellabell.  Also, the building will be conveniently located less than two miles from Interstate 16 and less than 25 miles from Interstate 95, the Port of Savannah, and Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. The building is expected to be completed by Q4 2023.
