 Ryan Purvis is the CEO of the Development Authority of Bryan County.  Ryan is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in structural engineering.  He is a professional   engineer and a current resident of Bryan County,

 Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of engineering and construction at Continental Heavy Civil Corp., and as Chief Engineer and Vice President of East Coast, Industrial and Crane   Services, Inc. Purvis also served as Project Manager and Structural Engineer at Moffatt and Nichol Engineering.

 Ryan currently serves on the boards of directors of the Greater Savannah Regional Alliance and the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Airport Authority.

 Purvis and his wife, Christy, have two children.  Owen is five years old and Esther is one.

 Zachary Dykes

 Zachary Dykes joined the Development Authority of Bryan County as a Project Manager in January 2023. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in December 2022 with a Bachelor of Business   Administration in Economics. 

 Zachary is a Leadership Bryan graduate and serves on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill.

Myra Sims

Myra joined the Development Authority of Bryan County as the Office Manager in June 2020. She has over 30 years of diverse experience working as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Paralegal for both international corporations and non-profit organizations.

Myra was previously a co-chair for Leadership Killeen, a graduate of Leadership Bryan, and is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for her HOA, where she lives in Richmond Hill.
