Dorel Home Furnishings Locates Distribution Center in Interstate Centre II Industrial Park

Pembroke, Ga. August 29, 2016 - The Development Authority of Bryan County (DABC) is pleased to announce the addition of Dorel Home Furnishings, Inc. (DHF) to its existing industry base. DHF has located in a 600,000 square foot building in the Interstate Centre II industrial park in Black Creek. There will be approximately 100 people working in the facility at full employment. "DHF chose to locate the company's East Coast distribution operations in the Savannah area due in part to the Port of Savannah. Our location in Interstate Centre II in Bryan County will allow us to be more efficient and to expand our distribution footprint," says DHF COO, Barry Warren.
Dorel Industries, Inc., of which DHF is a segment, was established in 1962 and is headquartered in Canada. The company employs over 10,000 people in facilities located in 25 countries across the globe. DHF's product portfolio includes such brands as Ameriwood, Dorel Home Products, Signature Sleep, Dorel Living and Cosco Products among others.
DHF markets a variety of furniture produced in North America and in other locations around the world. The company seeks to offer stylish quality furniture at an affordable price.
